Cancellation/Refund Policy

Your can return a product for up to 15 days from the date your purchased it. If 15 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Handloom irregularities not considered for exchange and is a part of the uniqueness of the saree.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellation

In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. You can request for order cancellation by contacting us at info@magga.in.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Description and Color Disclaimer

The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only approximate values.

While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.

A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received.

It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colors on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and weather, type of camera used for photography or type and settings on the computer monitor.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
